This new design has been developed first and foremost to

provide our clientele with the most affordable system on

the market which provides platform elevation without the

need to step off the platform.

   This new design has been thoroughly thought out so to

bring the most comfort and convenience to the laborers.

The SM-2 operates with one top hook and seven central

hooks thus rendering this model super safe. Every hand

stoke elevates the platform 3 inches with very little effort.

Once the main body reaches the top hook, the top hook is

then elevated to the higher cross bar while the main body

is held up by the central hooks. Contrary to the SH-2

(hydraulic model), this model is not designed to go down

as easily as it goes up due to all the central hooks. The

SM-2 should be used for new constructions where going

down is not a necessity, for any restoration jobs where

going down would be advantage then we suggest you

purchase the SH-2 (hyd. model). This model has been

designed to fold on itself for handling ease and are also

lighter than the hyd. model by 13 lbs thus can be handled

one in each hand very easily. Like the SH-2, the SM-2 is

approved by an accredited engineer so to meet or exceed

ANSI standards required by OSHA. The engineer plan is

provided with each purchase.
